QinetiQ North America, in partnership with Polaris Defense and TORC Technologies, is proud to present Raider I Engineer for Improvised Explosive Device (IED) defeat missions. Raider I Engineer is a tele-operated, gas powered system based upon the 4WD Polaris MVRS700 vehicle, capable of supporting varied missions to include route clearance. Using a wearable controller, the Warfighter can maneuver the Raider I Engineer from more than 900 meters away in order to identify and defeat IEDs. This mission is supported with a suite of electro-optical infrared and thermal cameras, as well as a front/rear mine roller system.

  • Designed for both route clearance and IED defeat operations

  • Functions as a Mule to lighten the Warfighter’s load in dismounted operations

  • Supports casualty evacuation missions
