In late 1992 it was announced that the company had developed the Ingwe Mk II family of vehicles based on experience obtained with the original Mk I.

There is a total of four vehicles in the Ingwe Mk II family, the 125 M, 125 A, 150 M and 150 A, all of which are in 4 x 4 configuration and have a maximum range of 850 km at a speed of 80 km/h on a hard surface.

The 125 M and 125 A are both powered by a 6-cylinder in-line turbocharged diesel developing 167 hp at 2,600 rpm; the 125 M has a manual 9-speed transmission while the 125 A has a 6-speed fully automatic transmission. Total combat weight of both versions is

12,250 kg and maximum speed is 90 km/h.

The 150 M and 150 A are both powered by a 6-cylinder in-line turbocharged diesel engine developing 201 hp at 2,600 rpm. The 150 M has a manual 9-speed transmission and the 150 A is coupled to a 6-speed fully automatic transmission. Total combat weight of both versions is 12,500 kg and maximum speed is 98 km/h.
