The modern infantryman must have a weapon available at infantry platoon level for anti-tank warfare and multi-role strikes against ground targets at short range by day or by night and in poor visibility. One man must be able to carry this weapon.
ERYX is the first third generation infantry missile available on the market. It is the infantry platoon's main weapon for urban combat and can be fired in confined or enclosed spaces.
ERYX is a wire-guided weapon, for multi-target fire support by point blank firing, and is effective against tanks and all fortified positions over the whole of its range. It is ideal for rapid intervention forces, special forces or commandos due to the fact that it is compact, simple to operate, discreet and provides high firepower.
Eryx destroys, with a single ammunition, mobile and modern tanks, as well as infantry targets, bunkers, platoon weapons etc.
