Wuhan Sanjiang Imp. & Exp. Co., ltd.

SANJIANG, namely China Sanjiang Space Group (CSSG), is a large state-owned high-tech enterprise group under the direct control of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC). From its commence in year 1969, SANJIANG concentrated on the development and manufacturing of heavy equipment, heavy special-purpose vehicles, high pressure vessels, electronics and chemicals. With the history of 40 years, SANJIANG growes into a large group of 26 members, which include:

• Eight core factories (WANSHAN, JIANGBEI, HONGYANG, JIANGHE, HONGLING, HONGFENG, XIANGFENG, WANFENG),

• One finacial company,

• One communication company

• One estate company

• One travel agent company

• One import and export company(WSIEC)

• Two bio-chemical company (GUDE, 8FENG)

• One caster company (RHOMBUS)

• One institute of metrology

Forteen thousands employees (including six thousands engineers) work in SANJIANG now. The number of equipment and instruments reaches 11,000, in which there are 300 machining centers and CNC. A motordrome is setup in 2004 fro the test of heavy-duty off-road vehicles in Yichang.

SANJIANG gains great reputation in the fields of heavy off-road vehicle (chassis, oilfield vehicles), flatbed transporter (shipyard transporter, steel plant transporter, bridge mover, spmt, trailer), high pressure vessel (CNG cylinder), heavy equipment (double twist machine, feed machine, gauze folding and packing machine, motorboat and caster).

Internationalized SANJIANG: In 1998, SANJIANG established its own international trade compamy, Wuhan Sanjiang Import & Export Company Limited (WSIEC) to promote worldwide sals of its products. Up to now, the shipyard transporters, double twist machines, gauze folding machines and casters are very popular worldwide and are exported to South Korea, Norway, Malaysia, India, kazakhstan, vietnam, USA.
