State Enterprise Specialized Foreign Trade Firm (FTF) «Progress» which is a subsidiary to SC «Ukrspetsexport», was established according to the decision of the government of Ukraine with full rights to export and import military and special products and services.

FTF “Progress” and defence industry enterprises of Ukraine have taken a comprehensive approach to the sale of armaments and military equipment. We are pleased to offer to our potential customers mutually advantageous cooperation in the following fields:

• export and import of products and services of military and special purposes, including arms, ammunitions, military and special equipment, spare parts, explosives and other goods, which may be used for the creation and production of arms, military and special equipment;

• modernization of armament and military equipment for foreign customers;

• rendering of services in repairing and maintenance of arms and military equipment;

• export of new technologies, project documentation and other scientific-technical products in military and civil areas;

• training of the foreign military personnel in the basic training military institutions in Ukraine and in the countries of the customers;

• design of specialized factories and projects.

FTF «Progress» deals with selling of modern military equipment of current production (T-80UD, T-84, BTR-3U, Antonov-type transport aircraft, modern navy ships, radar and communication systems), modern technologies and know-how.

FTF “Progress” solves the tasks connected with military equipment released as a result of Armed Forces reduction in Ukraine and that overhauled and modernized on the local military repair plants. A wide spectrum of soviet-made military equipment and armament could be overhauled or modernized on Ukrainian military repair facilities, including armoured vehicles and self-propelled artillery vehicles, air defence systems and radar systems of different types, aircraft and helicopters, automobiles, trucks and engines, communication and navy equipment.

FTF “Progress” is in a position to supply almost all types of ammunition for soviet made tanks, artillery systems, aircraft and rifles.
