ABSL Power Solutions became a wholly owned subsidiary of CIP Industries Incorporated LLP in October 2005 when it was divested by AEA Technology plc. ABSL offers complete system solutions from the design and development of its own Lithium-ion cells, design of control electronics and SMART communications, assembly of battery packs, to design and assembly of SMART charging systems.
