EURO-ART, which was formed in 1989 is a management company based in Munich for receiving orders in the field of Advanced Radar Technologies.

EURO-Art has developed the first multi-functional Counter Battery Radar (COBRA) in the world with a fully active phased array antenna. EURO-ART is currently producing 29 COBRA systems, including logistics and services, for the governments of France, Germany and the UK. EURO-ART is now promoting the COBRA system worldwide for third party sales.
