Al Jundi Journal

Under a directive by the Crown Prince of Dubai, UAE, Minister of Defence, H.H. General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Al Jundi Journal was launched in October 1973. Being a monthly defence magazine, better known as the mouthpiece of the UAE Ministry of Defence, Al Jundi deals with different military subjects and latest news of defence weapons systems. It also covers all activities of the UAE Armed Forces, large events such as the Dubai Aerospace Exhibition, IDEX Exhibition, Le Bourget and Farnborough Aerospace Exhibitions, CISM Tournaments and the like. Moreover, part of it is specifically for advertisements that are usually received from well known local and international companies and establishments. Al Jundi is usually circulated to all UAE Army units, decision makers, local and Pan-Arab Military Academies and Staff Colleges, different countries of the Arabian Gulf and other parts of the Arab world in addition to some foreign countries, as well as to all foreign embassies and consulates in the UAE.
