The μ-Trooper (Micro-Trooper) small-sized UGV has a mass of 10 kg and is made on a 6-wheeled chassis.

It is adapted for following missions:

• surveillance and reconnaissance

• detection of chemical, biological, radioactive substances

• implementation of target designation

• perimeter protection

• looking for explosive objects

It is possible to share this UGV with a heavier R-Trooper UGV, which acts as a carrier of two μ-Trooper.

The dimensions of the μ-Trooper are 52x41x10.6 cm, the payload is 2 kg, the speed is up to 4 km/h, the gradient/descent is 30/45 degrees, the duration of continuous operation is up to 2 hours. Due to the symmetrical design of the robot for the forward-backward movement, it is not required to turn it in the desired direction.

The equipment includes one surveillance all-chamber camera, four rangefinders, a GPS receiver. Additional modules with sensors can also be installed. The range of the control system by the radio channel reaches 300 m, the console with the size of a standard laptop is transferred by the operator together with the radio transmitter and the battery in the bag.
