Transmission XTG411-6 is designed for usage with a trans-versally mounted engine and has a spur gear input transfer and a a torque converter with automatic lockup clutch. The transmission has four forward speeds and two reverse speeds with fully automatic range selection and manual override. Program shift logic can be electronically adapted for different operating conditions. The transmission is equipped with service and parking brakes. The transmission has an electronic diagnostic unit that monitors the operation of the electronic control unit according to its priorly set transmission operational parameters. The transmission diagnostic unit is connected to the entire vehicle diagnostic system. The transmission has a hydraulic manual shift override system.
