CHANG WON SPECIALITY STEEL is located at the Changwon Industrial Complex in South Korea. It has been playing the most important role in the development of Korean heavy industry by supplying special steel materials, and can produce various steel grades in wide range of product and alloy steels, bearing, spring, stainless and tool steels. Our annual capacity of production is 800,000 tons of melting, 680,000 tons of rolling & forging, 360,000 tons of finishing, and 25,000 tons of seamless tube & pipe. We also can produce and supply military materials. Our history in military materials traces back to 1973 when we first developed Ml6 rifle materials in korea.Since then, through continuous research and development, quality has been improved and the range of product increased. We can produce gun tubes up to 155mm caliber, armor plate, torsion bar, super alloys, projectile materials for military purpose, and etc. From melting to shipping, our specially trained engineers maintain vigilant quality control system by the most advanced equipment of inspection.
