This is the second-generation Russian Federation and Associated States (CIS) heavyweight 9K113 Konkurs missile system, designed by the Tula Machinery Design Bureau and built under licence by Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL)of India. A full description of the system is given under the RFAS entry in this section. BDL builds both the ground launcher and vehicle-mounted systems. The latter is on the licence-built BMP-2 Sarath ICV. The missile used is the 9M113 (AT-5a 'Spandrel') version.

The data given in the specifications differs slightly from the original RFAS information.

In production. In service with the Indian Army. As far as it is known this missile has not been exported. As India has now built over 1,000 BMP-2 vehicles, substantial numbers of these missiles have now been built in India.
